a. 1. WE ONLY PROCESS PREPAID ORDERS. CASH-ON-DELIVERY (C.O.D.) FACILITY IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.

 

q. 2. WHERE DO we use to DELIVER IN INDIA?   RURAL AREA OR URBAN AREA OR BOTH? is AREA PINCODE necessary OR WIHOUT AREA PINCODE will do?

a. 2. We deliver to MOSTLY all urban areas in india (WHERE ALL TOP NATIONAL COURIER COMPANIES USE TO DELIVER)

However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street addresses along with YOUR CORRECT area pin code AND A REACHEABLE CONTACT NUMBER.

Q. 4. HOW DO WE DECIDE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ANY SHIPMENT?

a. 4. Please note that the shipping rates are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams To match the policies of the shippinG COMPANIES.

 

Q. 5. how many hours does it take to DiSPATCH any SHIPMENTS?

A. 5. it generally takes minimum 6 hours to maximum 48 hours from the order placing time to dispatch the ordered product during normal working days. it also depends on the order queue and the availability of finished ordred products at that time.

by chance, if ordered product is not available at that time then customer is informed and refund is initiated within 24-48 hours from order placing time during working days.

 

q. 6. HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER A SHIPMENT?

OUR All shipments are DiSPATCHED THROUGH fast and reliable NATIONAL courier services and if everything goes fine then shipment IS delivered TO OUR CUSTOMERS within (approximately) 3-5 working days from the shipment dispatch date, or say, approximately within 5-10 days from the order placing date. deliveries are generally made during normal working DAYS & WORKING hours of our partner courier companies.

 

actually, delivery time of a shipment also depends on certain factors like distance of delivery location, current transit conditions, gazatted holidays, weekly holidays, etc.

 

Q.7. What if two or more products are ordered at the same time for the same address?

A.7.  if two or more products are ordered at the same time by the same customer for the same delivery address, then, definitely we will try our best to despatch all the ordered products at once, together.

if any number of products is not available at that time, then we use to despatch all available products instantly without waiting for the unavailable product to become available.

you may receive multiple products in multiple boxes on different days, because of item availability.

 

Q. 8. some possible REASONS FOR DELAYS:

1.       INCOMPLETE ADDRESS (WITHOUT house no., PINCODE & mOBILE NUMBER)

2.       NATURAL DISASTERS (FLOOD, HURRICANE, EARTHQUAKE, PANDEMICS, ETC.)

3.       oTHER PROBLEMS (POLITICAL PROBLEMS: ANY RALLYS-CLOSED MARKETS,ELECTIONS)

4.       MANY GAZATTED HOLIDAYS PLUS WEEKENDS IN A SEQUENCE.

5.       WEATHER PROBLEMS: FOG, HEAVY RAIN, ETC.,

6.       NOT REACHEABLE/CONTINUOSLY BUSY/SWITCHED OFF/WRONG CONTACT NUMBERS OF CUSTOMERS CAN STIMULATE DIFFICULTY OF COURIER BOY/GIRL.

 

Q.9. what are transit risks and how customer’s money is safe with us?

A.9. we ship all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost of insurance to customers. If Courier Company does not deliver the product or product is partially or fully damaged while transit, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk are all ours. But mangalutsav.com will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

after confirming shipment damage while transit, we will refund the amount/ replace the product once again according to customer’s wish.

 

Q.10. Shipment and tracking details?

A.10. We will send you an email/SMS containing the despatch details of your ordered products, as soon as the items are handed over to our partner Courier. These alert emails/sms will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s websites.

 

Q.11. Address change requests?

A.11. Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 6 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to INFO@mangalutsav.com or whatsapp us 08765504000 and the needfull will be done.

 

 

Q.12.Multiple address order?

A.12. Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place separate Orders.

 

A.13. Incorrect or incomplete address

A.13. Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not mangalutsav.com (M/s shubhkamna fabrics). Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the re-shipment.

 

Q.14.Packing Method

A.14.All products are first polythene packed & then put in corrugated box as per need in accordance with product type. we carefuly pack the products to avoid any mishappening.

 

Q.15.What if any Delays?

A.15. Time to ship mentioned on our website against each items are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

 

Q.16. what is Billing Address and Shipping Address?

A.16. Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipmentS.
